KARACHI: A mob, in Landhi area of Karachi, burnt a r
obber to death on Sunday.
Two robbers, armed with weapons, entered a shop and asked the owner to hand over the cash. Upon the owner’s resistance, o
ne of the robbers opened fire. People gathered at the shop after hearing gunshots.

ne of the robbers
was caught by the mob and they started beating him. The other r
obber managed to flee the scene. The crowd threw petrol on the r
obber and immolated him. The r
obber died on the spot.
Korangi Police senior superintendent said that one dacoit
was beaten up an
d burnt by mob during a robbery attempt at a shop. The body
was shifted to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC).
